1.Para siempre-Forever:Fuzaku starts spinning his Katana whit creating a electrical shock and sending impulses to the time and Close Dimensions and giving the ability to Heal wounds by sending the impulses into other dimensions and getting back a impulse what heals injuries whit seconds:(Uses 3 Times when used 3 times than Fu will Collapse)
2.Tiempo Interminable-Endless Time
When the enemy gets hit by the blade it injects electrical metallic pieces what have been fused whit self electricity and real nerves what will give the elecrical impulse into the enemys body and sends them into the brain and slows the thinking and moving!He becomes slower and nerves wont move so fast as usual!Brain slows down and sends slowly impulses to nerves and makes the enemy slow!
It lasts for 4 posts if not hitted again then the Pieces vanish if hitten again then the times becomes 4 posts longer.And the pieces start making you slower, slloowweerr,ssssssssllllllllllllllooooooooooowwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrr

First, clean up your spelling, its hard to understand what your trying to get across. And you need a recharge time since you can use it more then once.

Yes Exactly and they use the electrical impulses to slow down the thinking and brain usage

but is it approved?

put like a 2 or 3 recharge on the first tech and maybe if you think needs to be a usage on your metallic attack since you need to generate electricity, and also how long does it last
