Range: 19 feet in front of caster
Effect: The user gathers energy in their throat and when the energy has built up the user lets out a scream, the energy released from the users throat is transferred to a high pitched noise. The high pitched noise is extremely loud and causes targets in range to sustain great damage to their ears. Mostly temporary hearing loss but it is very painful. At a higher level, were more energy is built up it can be known to make ears, eyes, and noses bleed.
Other details:
Level one: normal effect of temporary hearing loss and pain
Level two: bleeding from the ears/eyes/nose (Captains are known to only have enough spiritual power to complete this level)
