Obstacles: things or races that are involve in the mission : enemies/targets

Debriefing: the mission's information, include why you created the mission.

Character assigned: name/s of character that will do the mission or name of the assigned character in the mission.

Requirements [Optional]: ex: must be a vice-captain level (Note: this will only takes place when you're looking to someone who'll do the mission)

Reward: a position/rank or something else.
